Design & Mold Making

Design & Mold Making

For ODM products, original ideas are meticulously designed and hand sketched by our professional designers. For OEM products, once our designers receive our customer’s designs, they will confirm or make any changes to the sketches as desired. These designs are then printed with a EPSON digital printing machine and digital slitting material size. Then through the combination of composite equipment and workmanship to make the sample and do the inspection before production in large quantities. Our method ensures the consistency of the product’s appearance and quality, while increasing our production capacity.

The file is imported into computer, typesetting before computer printing and checking complete. Then the information is sent to the CTP equipment to make a PS format, which is then loaded into the setting up printing press and finally into the selected paper into the press, which copies the content to the paper. When these are done, the printing press removes the paper and prepares it for the next process.

Our surface treatment process. With our own perfect production links and high precision production equipment, laminating (skin- touch, bright film, matte film), UV varnishing (antidromic, partial, whole), gold stamping (gold, silver, black, laser), screen printing, font embossing, digital gilding (gold& silver) and digital UV. We have the ability to complete the exquisite and beautiful process and ensure the confidentiality of the product.

Once the surface treated paper is sent to the composite department, the warehouse will also send the bottom paper that needs to be composited, which may be one layer core, two- layer core, three- layer core, gray thick board. The composite machine is used as a composite to improve the hardness of the paper, and then the final composite of two or more kinds of materials, in order to obtain the hardness and load-bearing degree of the material.

The composite material is sent to the V slot, the material is the thick board or the thin paper cardboard, the surface of the material will be cut out the spare material in a regular way and form a regular line. The V slot machine which is regard as the surface of the excess material to improve the molding of the paper 90 degrees, and then load the material into the equipment V slot, in order to obtain the final box better touch, more three-dimensional sense of vision.

The file is imported into computer, begin to typeset on the computer before printing, and the checking is completed. Then the information is sent to the laser device, the size of the board at the bottom of the laser die, and then the tool is loaded into the wooden bottom board which has been lasered. The laser device acts as a precise copy of the size of the file on the knife die to improve the paper indentation and size accuracy.

Then, the paper is stamped to form the card indentation and remove the excess paper scraps and this is a die cutting process to create a smooth four sides to facilitate the following folding process. In order to get smooth sides, we use different kinds of hardware molds in the die cutting machine.

Then about the assembled carton parts, they will use different types of equipment for final molding, to ensure that the box is flat or three-dimensional. It also facilitates the independent inspection and packaging. Once the required inspection and packaging is finished, the box works are ready for safety and display.
